Conference fee includes final program, book of abstracts, welcome drink, refreshment and lunch, social event. Gala Dinner in restaurant on the top of Mount Ještěd (not included in conference fee) + 40 €.
All conference fees exclude a 21% VAT.
Conference fees for CEC 2017 can be refunded for a cancellation fee of 50% of conference fee on or before 31st August 2017. After 31st August 2017 conference fees cannot be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Advanced Materials Exhibition will take place during the conference CEC 2017 in conference lobby. Companies can use this occasion for their presentation, to show new materials or research achievements.
Companies can choose from BASIC or SUPERIOR type of exhibition place.
Basic type includes: (a) posting company logo on the conference web page & conference proceedings, (b) place for roll-up or poster lease.
Superior type includes: (a) posting company logo on the conference web page & conference proceedings, (b) place for roll-up or poster lease, (c) presentation place including stand for samples exhibition lease.
